This agreement is regulated by state law and may be enforced by the attorney general or by private legal action.

West Michigan Band Instruments agrees to rent the instrument requested above to you, the customer, from month to month beginning at contract submission or retrieval of instrument.

 As the customer, you agree to pay WMBI the submitted monthly rental payment. This monthly payment includes coverage of any repairs needed to keep the instrument in peak playing condition. This withdrawal is made on the 10th of every month. There will be a $5.00 charge on any payment received after the due date for of additional administrative costs.

You may exchange the instrument for another band or instrument within the first 6 months of rental. If later, only the first 6 months will be applied to purchase.
